Is there discretion on the part of casinos and players to only take $1199 for that $1200 hit and avoid the information return?I certainly wouldn't give up a large chunk of money but $1, absolutely.  That's just painful, nice, but I'd certainly pay the attendant $1 to not generate a W2.
