AWAKs Congrats
Quick trip to LC Friday. Played next to one of our friends, a widow, who plays several times a week for enjoyment and to be with friends. She usually only brings a $100 and plays for hours playing only 3-5 hands of 5¢ VP. She had been dealt Kings a few hand before and decided to move up to 9 hands. A few hands later she was dealt this beauty. She was so excited she had me go get Sweet C to share her excitement. We were so excited for her and it couldn't happen to a nicer person. Told her I'd post for her.

Cute story, Larry. Tell her we are all so proud of her! Serves as reminder to the rest of us to be sure and play the max bet.

On behalf our friend thanks for you kind comments.
Marie, she is certainly a jewel of a lady and has the uncanny ability to hit more big hands on a low number of hands played than anyone I've ever seen.
That night alone playing 5 hands she had been dealt quads twice before her big hit. One quad on the first hand of TDB. Playing 5 hands earlier SDB she held a pair of kings and caught 3 quad kings / 5 hands. I also saw her hit two RF one night out of three hands played. And I've got a picture of her being dealt Aces on 5 hands Super Aces.
I'm almost beginning to be believe the hits come better when playing a lower number of hands.
Thanks Poker nut for the kind words.
Thanks Royal Flush.
Here's wishing the same hands to each of you at whatever denomination you play.
