I've only played dreamcard at one casino, Caesars in AC.  It's a tough nut to crack, because you need to wager 10 credits per hand to get the dreamcard function to be activated, and even then the dreamcard frequency which is random varies wildly throughout the session. If you want to simply SURVIVE and ring up comp points, play the simple JOB dreamcard game, because the two pair frequency ensures you will recoop the 10 credits often enough to prevent rapid depletion of you bankroll, and if you get on a roll with the machine and the quads start popping up with great frequency, then on the 25 cent machine you could run up 60-70 bucks profit to allow you to cash out a winner. But if you want to GAMBLE to maybe win a couple hundred bucks or more, play the dreamcard Bonus Poker Deluxe game that pays 400 credits for ANY quads.  The danger here is that your two pair only pays 5 credits so everytime you hit two pair you are LOSING 5 credits, which means you can see a really rapid depletion of the starting bankroll.  BUT....if you can hit 2 or 3 quads fairly quickly or together, you can jump ahead a couple hundred bucks and cashout.    I say all this because, in my experience, quads run in bunches with this game.....

The best return for a dreamcard game is the 15-9-4-4-3-2-1 version of deuces wild (99.9%). Not only that but it has the highest dreamcard rate at 59%.The strategy is the same as standard VP games.
