Re: Vegas Next week. Tips...
I wanted to ask some of those who know Caesars better than I. Are there any nice bar's at Caesars Palace that have VP? Nothing better than starting the evening out with some VP while conversing and having a few beers. I actually stayed away from PH last year because it didn't seem to feel enviting. When we visited, my concerns were confirmed, it was dark, crowded and just didn't feel enviting to me. I've stayed at Paris before and like Gustov's, but for some reason, there doesn't seem to be much going on at Paris. MGM had a pretty good mix with 1 pretty big VP bar. Wondering what Caesars has? Thanks, Roveer

I was connected to a National Executive Host for the Caesars properties while I was a 7.

My host at Green Valley Ranch is pretty darn good. I don't win much on the strip, and I think most casino employees on the strip are arrogant as hell. Probably why I don't play on the strip. I stick to GVR and Red Rock. Nicer people and more success. Right on!I was Harrah's/Caesar's Seven Star 2008-2010 running over $1,000,000/year through their crappy video poker pay schedules and what did I get? Lost my ass gambling, got a dozen decent gifts like watches and stuff, ate a couple of $500 comped meals.BIG FRIGGIN' DEAL! I've been treated like gold by Stations (Red Rock and Green Valley) playing much, much better pay tables. After the lack of respect over the years by Harrah's/Caesar's, we have no plans to stay or play at their properties again. Red Rock has nicer rooms, better atmosphere and great restaurants to just add to the excellent video poker selection.
