I guess I have a different view. If a casino chooses to 'fix' the number of winning hands on a VP machine, why not increase the pay tables to like 15/10 for DDB, and have people standing in line to play them?
Back when the Seminole Hard Rock in Tampa, a Native American establishment, had Class II VP machines, the pay tables were huge. When they were licensed and converted to Class III machines, POOF, there went the pay tables, right down to what you would expect.

In Nevada, if it represents an actual live gambling game, such as a deck of cards, craps, keno balls, it has to be fair and random.Looks like Peppermill has plenty of playable VP. http://www.vpfree2.com/casino/peppermill-hotel-casinoI saw a slot a couple days ago that looked like it had dice rolling for some kind of bonus feature. Even though it's on a slot machine, I thought of this discussion and wondered if the outcome of the roll has to be fair and random... Anyone know?

You can generally tell a class II machine or VLT because they have a secondary method of paying. There's usually a Genie, bingo card or something similar that will offer additional payouts.

The government also HAS to never be involved in corruption, Wall Street fat cats also HAVE to abide by regulations, Countrywide Mortgage HAD to follow the law regarding home loans, and AG Eric Holder HAS to prosecute the Black Panthers who intimated voters in the last election.
Do you believe in fairy tales too? And try not to be selective when answering please.

You're awful pissy for someone who is supposedly ahead. So what was your trick that convinced you to play on machines you say are unfair? If you think a game is rigged, how could you possibly put money into it? Would you play at a blackjack table if you thought the deck was stacked?

It's the world's best kept secret.
Hundreds of casino employees, hundreds of state employees, hundreds of employees of the many gaming companies are all in collusion and not once has one let on (well, except for the one engineer that told BS/RS the machines were rigged).
Oh, and you have hundreds of pro players and recreational APers that all must lose yet keep playing year after year.
One has to be pretty gullible to believe this kind of conspiracy voodoo. Must be time to pull out the tin foil hats again.
