Site Poll Freezing up Poker Game

There is a new Site Poll that overlays the Contest - it totally blocks access to the Contest and freezes the other ads before the game comes up...One question Poll

Must be a rogue advertiser popping a poll. They aren't allowed to do that. What ads appear to the right and above the game window when this appears?

I got a request for a survey for the 2nd time today.  It freezes the 30 second normal ad.  Name of advitiser is VIZU
