Made a mistake today
Sat down at my favorite 10c 10-play NSU bank on double points day, put in my card, seeded with $200, downloaded my free play, and pressed deal. Oops. It was at $1 9/6 JoB - only a $50 bet. Was, thankfully, dealt a pair of aces and ended up making $25 on the hand.Stupid.

Too funny Quad Deuces and I can relate because similar happened to me! I sat down to play $1 but did not notice the machine was set for ten play. On that first hand, the machine took $50 of my initial $100. and gave back $10. I knew who to blame and unhappily moved on. Others can profit from our mistakes. Check out the game, denom and number of plays very carefully before starting play!

I made the opposite mistake the other day. Sat down to play dollar DBAF, loaded my freeplay and started playing. However, the machine was set to nickels and I play about 4 hands before I noticed. Saved me $10 as it turned out, but I'll never know what I would have had if I had taken the time to switch denoms before playing. I could have missed a RF.

I also hate it when I carefully set a 50-line 5c NSU machine to 23 lines, then press MAX BET to start things off and I get to play exactly one 50-line hand. Dummy. At least when I do it it's positive EV.

I have never made such a mistake, especially when playing at the outer reaches of my financial ability. But I AM learning something new about +EV every day.

so you got a bonus which made the game 100.17 if bonus value is .40 the other comps would need to be about .25% to make 9/6 job 100.09 with coupon plus comp value of .25 and with comp nsud would 100.42 go to rr or palms get fpdw with litle comps, machine pay (no tips involved) at 100.76 even at 25c level

I play at RR and Palms too. My mailers have been going up a little at RR because I have started playing a little 50c NSU there when 2X points are active. Don't much care for the swings.Being able to get more coin through the NSU 10c 10-line means I can "make" about double per hour than at 25c FPDW. Even on the blazing-fast slants at RR. So on the days Rampart has multipliers and other promos it can often be the better play for me.On the 10c 10-line machine you have to be dealt a Royal or get 3+ on the draw to get a W-2G/handpay. And I just love drawing to three deuces on the multi-line games.
