Oregon/Washington Casinos
Sweet C and I had a great trip exploring the Oregon/Washington coast and Columbia River Gorge. Along the way we played the nearby casinos. A quick summary:
Oregon:
Chinook Winds Casino-(1,100 machines-perhaps 20 VP –STP but no 50/100 play) played two nights; limited video poker with 94-98% pay tables, but I hit really well catching AWAK, Aces, 2’s, 3’s and 4’s quads and with kickers within an hour of 25¢/10 play. Cashed out enough to triple my whole trip bankroll, put it aside and brought it home.
Spirit Mountain- Oregon’s largest casino (1,800+ machines-20-30 VP; including 100 play; STP); really nice with 20-30 VP machines and 95-98% pay tables. Neither of us hit a major hand.
Three Rivers – (650+ machines- 8-10 VP with only 4 games;DDB not included); horrible pay returns. A real joke for VP players.
Washington:
Emerald Queen- (1700+ machines-only 12 VP) We arrived to find all of the VP machines out of service. They were being replaced. We immediately left to visit their smaller sister casino/hotel down the freeway. The smaller casino had (3) Triple Double Trouble and maybe 8 Jacks or Better 8/5. Triple Double was interesting. We finally moved to the JOB which called for 20 coin but we figured out how to play 5 coin and held our own for an hour.
Couldn't wait to get home!

I play at a small casino in Sequim, WA called the Seven Cedars, but I don't recall the pay table of the poker machines. Have you ever been that far North West? It's off Hgwy 101 towards Port Angeles, WA.
Also, the Seven Feathers casino In Oregon off I-5, can't remember the town name at the moment. Any trips here?
Some of the smaller casinos don't make the vpfree list. I frequent these locations because they are Indian casinos that have good bingo.
Congrats on your win!!

DK,
Saw the signs for Seven Feathers but we were on the road heading for our las night before flying home so we didn't stop. What beautiful area of the country you live in. Only problem for us would be the rain and too far from family.
