Re: harrah's st. louis is done for me
I received an email from her today. She is going to "forward" my note to the management. My note was pretty much the first post I have on here. I have not met Cathy, so I don't think there will be anything more done. I just won't go back. Like someone else posted, Harrah's just doesn't care. Too bad.

any czr/harrahs game has poor paytables at 25c dollar level and at high levels with comps/points the plays are iffy at best

Thank you ,Doris for passing it on. It is a shame when one really bad trip can overshadow all the good ones that I have had. I guess time will tell, especially when the new owners take over.

At Caesars AC, I was playing a Five Star Poker Machine with 9/7 TDB Double-Pay $1. Dealt FH was 250 rather than the usual 200 for Double-Pay.

So to your point, Royal Flush, I would not agree with you.

I'm a Diamond member and have a fantastic Harrah's host in Vegas.  I go at least once a year, and stay 7 - 11 days when i go. I get all my nights comped at Harrah's properties, plus some meals and incidentals.  I don't have to bop around either, all nights are in once room, usually a suite. I live 1 hour away from Joliet and go there maybe 8 or 9 times a year.  The folks there are also very nice and accomodating.  St. Louis got sold, may be the reason for your problems.
