Hi, I am new here also. If you are a quarter or dollar player and are interested in bounce back, the LVH (formerly the Las Vegas Hilton) is sending better bounceback to me ($1 player) these days. They also are generous with freeplay and comp dollars. They have 100.17% Loose Deuces and 99.73% NSU Deuces, but no FPDW. And they don't require more coin-in per point, like Stations and Boyd (Sam's Town).
It is a tradeoff. Please don't expect much in the way of bounceback from anyone if you are playing FPDW. You'll get fewer points for freeplay, because of the higher coin-in requirement per point.
That being said, all things considered, if you are a quarter player and can play it well, FPDW is a good game. The better return makes up for the stingy comps.
Please do check out VPFree2.com. They list all the places that have FPDW. You might want to try non-chain casinos, like the Skyline, where, no matter how old you are, you"ll be the youngest person in the joint. They do not have a slot club, but do raffles to try to make up for it.
I found Jean Scott's "Frugal" books to be helpful in figuring out how the system works. Also, Max Rubin's book "Comp City." It is out of date and focuses on blackjack, but I learned from it. Also, I laughed my head off. He's a very funny guy. I wish Max would write another book.

Stations appears to be trying more bounceback for August 2012, with what looks like a little stingier multipliers (8 points slots/5 points VP per $1 or $4 in).
