i have repeatedly tried getting help and still waiting...my concern is i started playing and loving these games but could only play one nite...everytime ive tried to play games i cant get in ...is it because im playing for free???...i really need some answers please....its been 4 days now so im patiently waiting...thank you

Gammadeb, our support staff replied to you twice on March 26th and never received a response. Maybe it went into your "junk" folder in your email.I'm sorry you're having problems. No, it's not because you are playing for free.It sounds like you may be having a technical problem. Usually this is solved by 1 of 3 things:1) Update your Flash Player (free) by visiting http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/2) Clear your browser cache (temporary internet files)3) As a last resort, clear your cookies.If none of these three things solves it, I'll need to know more about your system and what you see on the screen when you are trying to play.

I'm unable to past the commercial. I hit the play button and all I get EVERY TIME is a direction arrow with a circle surronding that direction arrow and a line through the middle of the circle. It stops dead in the water. I''ve worked on this for several hours and the same thing keeps happening. WHAT IS GOING ON????? Please help me. I'm trying to play video poker.com on both my iPad and Dell laptop. The problem is on both device.               Thank you, Tim Orange.

It will not let get past the commercials. It just locks up.
