St. Louis bummer trip results

A few weeks ago, I posted about the lousy trip I had to St. Louis. I did not expect any results from my posting, but surprisingly enough, I received a letter from Harrah's and they offered me a very happy ending to the situation. I appreciate the input from so many of you, and although I am hesitant to return to St. Louis until the acquisition is over, I am glad that Harrah's did try and rectify the problem.
