Re: Vegas Trip - Gift Purchase
You must play a lot to get those kind of comps. I know a few Blackjack players that play a lot, and have some deep pockets. Their comps are pretty much comparable to yours. And you just play VP?
I play mostly VP, DD, but I also play $5-$10 slots, and some table games. My play on table games adds little to my tier status or FreePlay, though, since the casinos are very stingy there. I fact, at craps, you get zero credit for odds bets on the pass/don't pass line, since the casino has no edge on those bets - they are true odds bets. I find I can make a little money most times at table games, which is why I play them occasionally. I do not have an aggressive personality, though, and play fairly conservatively, so I will never get rich at table games.
The slot play in most casinos contributes double in tier credits and FreePlay versus VP play, which is why I dabble there occasionally.
The amount of FreePlay I receive also varies by property and location. I get a little less in Vegas than I do say Biloxi or Tunica.
