What would you do?

Just curious about what my fellow VP players would do. Years ago I was playing deuces wild at the Stardust in Las Vegas (yes I know that dates me, because its gone now.)  Anyway, it was back when the machines spit coins out when you hit the cashout button, they did not have the TITO system, I think they were just starting to come out with that technology.  My players card was racking up points as I played, then I discovered when I was cashing out, that the points also accumulated as the machine spit the coins out.  The machine was giving me players club points as the coins were going through the mechanism and being spit out into the tray. Would you keep running paper money through the machine and cashing out to coin, or would you notify your casino host or other employee? I confess that I did run some more money through the machine, to make sure I was seeing what I thought I was seeing.  I contemplated, then notified a slot host or the machine error. (I was hoping to get on the good side of the gaming gods, if there is such a thing.)  Still waiting for the gaming gods to dump a bunch of money on me, I know it's coming
