$20 for smallish handpays -  $100 for the larger, 5 digit handpays. $5 for a Makers Mark 'neat'  from the cocktail waitress. But that is just me ..

i tip very well if i am up a lot of money.i give more money out. The last tip i gave to someone was only 60 dollars and i explained to her normally it would be a lot more for 4000 jackpot. I was down over 3k at the time, She told me she was pleased because she said  a lot of people never tip..If you are a drinker you tip good you will get better service when the casinos are packed.Tip 5 dollars on the 1st tip of the night. you will not have a problem the rest of evening getting your drinks.

Okay it varies per state and casino. I'm in CO some are pooled and some are not. So it is not straight across the board. Minimum wage is not 5.00 an hour it's like 7.25 an hour so they get paid less. I tipped when when got hand pays now it's all on ticket that prints out. You still earn your tips. If your rude i'm not going to tip you. I understand dealers don't decide if you win a hand but you can have a personality to go with it. I don't drink alcohol and I usually don't tip the servers I should I know. The casino I usually frequent most of the time have one server and it takes forever if your not drinking alcohol they have a tendency to ignore you. But I know it's a hard job and I wouldn't want to do it personally. Just my opinion. Just keep in mind all states have different policies and casino's but there are state laws they have to follow and gambling laws. If casino's are built on tribal land they don't have to pay taxes like other casino's so they have some different rules that I know for a fact because I lived in OK and was part owner of a bingo hall on Indian land or native American to be politically correct. I'm not above anyone by any means you do what you want just giving my 2 cents and you don't have to agree of disagree i'm not trying to offend anyone thank you.
