OMG!!! Dealt 100 RF
So this is what it looks like... I'd just finished posting about playing 100x1 and how rarely a RF comes. Just goofing around on 100x1 TDB after posting.

Vman,
Thanks for the response. While I concur that max even at a lower denomination is preferable, consider the following about short-play:
1) RF come so infrequently (1:40K +/-) that you rarely give up the RF pay off. Generally only the RF is greater for full pay than the multiple.
2) Playing Multi-hand (MH) 50x1 or 100x1 reduces the risk and can give you some great hits.
3) High volatilty games such as Super Aces/TDB with big top hits can be played short with wonderful results and smaller risk of losing your bank roll. 4- 2's, 3's, 4's w/K on TDB pays 400:1 the same as AWAK or RF but they come more frequently.
4) Taking a dealt 4 deuces for 200K @ 5¢ =$1K or more if playing DW B/Dbl B DW; no "G" Taking AWAK TDB 100x1 but would be a rare hit.
I know several regulars who only play 100x1 Dbl B DW, SA or TDB. Any dealt top hand results in a great payout. Generally, we also only play short play when our timing on full-pay is not in sync. (We still smile at Sweet C's dealt 50x1 TDB 2's w/k and her dealt TDB Awak. Both times she had less than $20 in the machine.)
Maybe its because we are so "addicted" to gambling that even 100x1 is more fun than not playing....
The regulars at Lake Charles Isle frequently joke that the Lake Charles Chapter of GA meets in the back video poker room! Sounds like a logical place to us. BTW: When we show up late for the meetings the regulars are already on a machine. Yes I understand that "gambling addiction" is an incredibly serious issue for many. My thoughts and prayers are with them. But, I can also tell you that the regulars we play with help each other when we need to take a break or have played too much. One of the benefits of playing with regulars who become friends.
Generally speaking I agree that playing one credit is more beneficial in terms of "general enjoyment" for games with these big payouts on dealt quads since the frequency of those dealt quads and its payout are just enough to keep a player hungry in the game. TDB unfortunately also shorts 4 Aces with 2,3,4 is only at 400 vs. 800 with less than max credits. DDB and Super Aces Bonus don't have this issue though.
But of course, there is that one hand where it will really bite you in the ass if you just play 1 credit per hand. And as you can see it can happen (that's crazy you did this tonight!!), but you much rather be playing the way I usually play, max bet per hand, and for real money, obv. Only $10 less for me at the penny level than the max 1c bet. This was terrible 6/5 Bonus STP (97.13%) because I wanted to stare at pleasure pit boobs at Flamingo without playing 6:5 blackjack...lol But the 1 credit theory is not really worth it in that game since dealt quad Aces would have only been only 80 cents per line played. And like yours, it's almost sequential...lol
The next biggest hit I have got on a 50/100 play machine was 4 dealt deuces at DW on 50 play during a site contest...doh

Vman,
Congratulations on the dealt RF, I was cracking up that the RF came right after my response on the forum.
In 2010 i was blessed with 3 dealt RF all on multi-hand; New Year's Day - 5 hand 25¢; Jan. 26 - 25 hands 5¢ and later in June 20 hand 5¢. I'm hoping the one last night is starting a new streak...only max credits for the future while I wait for the Gambling God to bless me. Or, at least until I start losing and start playing 1 credit again.
