Hey, to that little old man who sat at the STP machine at Harrah's from 8pm until 6am the next morning. Way to go kid. He looked to be in his eighties and was going strong all night long. I know he had some hand pays as he had one while I was playing a few machines away from him, and I think I saw him getting paid later in the evening. When I saw him extra early he was down to quarters and playing much slower. The only thing that bothered me was his wife sleeping in the seat next to him (thus tying up a machine so no one else could play it) The casino was so empty, I don't think anybody would ask "can you move". I sure wasn't. While I was a little frustrated because it's a machine that I play often, I can't really say anything because that's how I must appear to those who see me play. I'm a long haul kind a guy. This is why I don't really like going on Saturday nights. I was there for promotion at another casino so it had to be on a saturday. Oh, I saw slappy too. He was slapping away at the 50 denom 3 handed machine. He never seems to last long. Lots of slapping, breathing, moaning and then it's all over. Not sure how that is fun, but heck to each is own.

Harrah's was empty huh? Hard to believe they are in the top 2 or 3 of Revenue in AC.... Sorry I missed you, I was in and around AC for a whole week from 4/7 thru 4/13, but I pretty much stuck to the "Bored"walk....more abysmal play per usual, and you will see in another thread, Jetermacaw got creamed at the Showboat on their supposed "advantage VP machines",,,,, AC VP is definitely different from Vegas and other markets, and I have verified that in terms of how upper management thinks and strategizes in AC, the count all MACHINES, whether slot or VP or Keno or whatever, as SLOT MACHINES.....this has to have something to do with what we have been experiencing as far as hand results go.....

Players were circling like seagulls hunting french fries on the boardwalk. Ended up playing QQ multi play and didn't do too bad, hit 4 QQ on draw and caught many others. My new favorite game but with the multi hand could only play nickles. Will be back to Harrahs next week for more QQs, maybe I can move up to dimes.PS: I don't think I'll ever play VP at Showboat again, something just seems to be amiss.
