Posting Pictures

Would someone help me with posting pictures - when I click on Insert Image it makes no sense - and it is in a foreign language??
 
I want to post my Royal but haven't been able to figure it out.

You need to have the image uploaded and hosted on another site like photobucket (it's free). Then use code that leads to the uploaded location similar to this:

[/IMG]http://www.photobucket.com/My_account/My_picture.jpg[/IMG] (remove first slash in actual use)
