I used to get a big laugh when Fa La La La La.... La la la la used to claim that statistics was bogus and that no one could win playing positive machines. When people decide to actually keep track of the numbers they invariably find that their results are the same as statisical predictions. Of course, this means that we will win over time playing positive machines correctly.

a good player's only lucky charm is his or her brain which finds positive ev games and plays them correctly. an other feature is no letting emotions get in the way of correct play . We must realize that the various distrations like Mr. Fa La La La La.... La la la la must be tuned out and that they confuse the weaker player so the casinos will make money from weaker play and leave some fp games around

For v.p. advice i would agree that Argentino..nee.."Fa La La La La.... La la la la" is a bad reference. I never would have given a minute of my time to reading his vitriol had i been aware of what i discovered(on another website), about his past fiscal irresponsibility. Quite interesting:

Getting lazy, oej. Mr. Argentino availed himself of a little help from the bankruptcy court to reduce a 105K default(down to 45K). Interesting considering he had stated that he lost 250K in the 6 years preceeding his loan default(I'm not sure if he stated that on here or somewhere else).

Thanks for the additional info. I clicked the link you provided and it just took me to the main records page for all "Argentino"'s.
I did have two questions - first, how sure are you that the info is for Rob? It's no secret that he's not the most pleasant guy to deal with when you disagree with him, and some people might go a bit over the top in trying to make him look bad. I have gaming friends who don't do the forum thing and who ask me about Rob, and I wouldn't mind passing on that tidbit if it's really for him. That would pretty much shut down any subsequent discussions with them about the pro's and con's of his system.
Second, if that info is really for "our" Rob, are those records for the period AFTER his "professional" career began? Um, I think that was about 1997 (not sure). He says himself that before that he was a "typical long-term loser" - or words to that effect - although typical players wouldn't dig themselves a financial hole like that at ANY time.

Not sure that your aquaintances will be hearing much from him, anymore. Another forum "Webmanned" him the other day. I think the only venue that he(and his aliases) has left is his own site. Oh, wait a minute....... Hey Mike A: Is LB's site still active?
