DaBurglar I have decided to not respond to any more of your posts, even if they are directed at me. You helped me arrive at this decision when you so aptly pointed out that alot of people here misinterpret your jocularity, irreverence, and sense of humor. I admittedly cannot tell your fact from fiction.

Regards Sir.

Daburglar the post which is time 4:56pm almost everything  you wrote, i new you would write not 100% well maybe 95% new that what yor were going to write and no i dont have ESP. For all I know you could lonney tune! (lol) But i think not. I dont know how these expert video poker players expect for AC casino to come out say yes we have worded there(are) laws on slot/video poker machines to work in are favor for more revenue for casino and State of NJ.  Now every thing i have said about AC casinos and the State of NJ dose not meen this what has happen! But what if it has? Do you think there going to tell you? Just like all the computer chips that are in these machine are created by a man (human),even there Randomness was created by man. So explain to me why a expert(human) in computer chips could teach the chip to be random in not giving out paying hands and also give out some good hands but more in favor of the casinos and not the custmer(player) and also your going to say hook it up to another computer and run a test on it and there going to tell if it is fixed(cheating) well this expert is going to be able get by this test(maybe and maybe not) but all expert VP players and computer experts are going to no way could not do that. Well they said we would never set foot on the moon, Oh did we? Okay so the possibilty is there that a expert in computers chips can do this. But all you expert that stick to your guns and slam Daburglar no good, and the man/women expert computer chip person who did fool all your computer test on the VP chip, will all ways be much father away(smarter)than all expert video poker players, reason if they listen to you, they would never have broken into a new system(thinking out side the box) and changed the VP chip.Sam

The problem, Vman, is that I did not play one single steady machine for 300K hands.....and as I already admitted, it was not on exclusively a 9/6 JOB paytable (some of the 300K hands were played on several 9/6 JOB machines at Showboat, Caesars and a few at Harrahs, but since 9/6 JOB is about the absolute BEST you can hope to find in AC, and there are only a handful of such machines in total throughout the city, it is not possible really to play exclusively on such a machine without sitting there for days on end and accumulate 300K hands). No, my trail of futility extends around a lot of places and machines, which is why I am so mystified and frustrated. Why dont you come to AC Vman?  I'm leaving shortly and will be gone for a while but I will periodically check in here so if you, OR ANYONE ELSE, wants to plan a trip to AC, say so here and we'll work something out.  Remeber, lunch is on me, and if you meet me you will see that I am not the idiotic, misanthropic troll some of you try to paint me as.....

I'm looking for someone who has played in AC recently, and played a lot, to come forward with some substantial input to either support or counter my results as of late, and provide their own opinions and conclusions, even if they are ....."anecdotal" or based on anecdotal evidence.      Can anyone out there provide this???

Perhaps it doesn't meet your criterion of "played a lot", but billiejoe did say that FarmFreshGuy recently returned  from AC, having achieved a personal best of 6 Royal Flushes in one trip.

Doesn't matter. If you actually got those results, ALL the machines are certainly rigged. With the dead hand rate you claim of 75%, the odds of experiencing only 1000 hands on an unrigged machine with a 75% losing rate using optimal 9/6 JoB strategy is:

1 in 13,808,068,616,980,500,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000

Remember winning Powerball is a much more likely 1 in 175,223,510 chance

So we have two possible events going on.1) All AC VP machines are rigged such that anyone in gaming control could see it.2) DaBurglar is lying, mistaken, or both.

ALL the machines are certainly rigged.

Yes!!!  Finally!!!   I agree 100%   I see it now....the reason I have persisted in coming here for the last 6 months despite the horrendous results is that I just didnt want to believe the machines in AC are not fair (i.e. rigged)     But it is undeniable now, they really truly are horrible here, no doubt about it.....but the question remains is this because New Jersey allows casinos to set VP machines to essentially deal this crap that I have witnessed first hand, or is this really the casinos, in an act of desperation, pulling out all the stops in an effort to survive?   That part I still dont know.....

But I find it funny that all these people insinuating I am an Idiot/Liar do not play in AC themselves, and have no idea what it is like here.   And by that I mean to include just how "desperate" the casinos really truly are here.....

Nonetheless, I am at this moment sitting in Trump Plaza having just experienced another episode of futility, so while it is fresh I will realte this:

I played a "Bally's Game Maker" machine, the Gold Mine Bonus Poker.....now these machines, which are spread throughout AC at various casinos, were indeed a part of my past 6 months of futility, contributing HEAVILY to the 75%+ dud rate and overall crappiness.....these machines most definitely are either rigged or set in this apparent "special AC/NJ video Poker mode" to return more like a slot machine than typical VP machines.    I just played 750 hands on the Goldmine Bonus Poker machine (Machine #A303-4686) and lost 165 bucks @ 25 cents a credit.   I received no quads, and exactly 2 full houses (which triggers the Gold Mine Bonus which advertises a payout ranging from 60 credits to 1000)   The two full houses paid 70 credits each, lol!

This result for these Bally's Gaming MAchines is typical to what I have experienced on all such machines in AC (which are in play at Trump Plaza, Trump Taj, Resorts and AC Club)    So clearly this would seem to indicate that this is something endemic to AC VP rules that would have all such machines yielding the exact same crappy horrible results.

Again, this session of futility I just completed is easily verifiable to anyone who wants to check it out.   I gave the machine identifier number above, the play happened atound 3:30-4 am on this day, Monday May 6.....  As Vman says, "rigged"

For anyone to accept claimed results, like 75% duds, a person would need to document every hand played. Until such a time DaBurglar chooses to do the necessary work the only conclusion that can be made is .... none.

Either do the necessary work or quit bombing this site with useless anecdotal claims. You might just learn something in the process yourself. After all, that is what you have claimed to be your goal.

Also, by doing this you may be able to identify machines that are rigged (if they exist) which would allow you to avoid them in the future. Non-random events often have detectable patterns.

I played some Bally Game maker machines but that was in LV. Triple Trouble Devils. Kinda cool game too. I didn't rake in the dough but I didn't get fleeced either. I will one day play in NJ. I hope not to hit your posted dud rates.
