There used to be a game about 15 years ago called "Goldmine Bonus Poker."
It was on the old Bally Multigames. The paytable was not that great, but when you got a FH, you would choose from a series of gold nuggets that displayed on the screen. I think you could win up to 1,000 coins for a FH, but the average FH was like 19-for-1 in a DB format. I remember someone said the return was around 99%. Never played it because there were games that were so much better then.
It was a Bonus format, except 2 pair paid 1 for 1 to make up for the increased full house payout. For full houses at 19 for 1 on average, the game would be 98.93%, at 20 for 1, 100.08%. The strategy doesn't change too badly vs. regular Bonus Poker though.
