The Lights Are Bright In Las Vegas!!!

The time has arrived for Sweet J & I to take a mini vacation and it's amazing (NOT!) that we could mutually agree to go to Las Vegas. As customary, we spent the night at L'Auberge Du Lac in Lake Charles before our early morning flight. The play at L'Auberge Du Lac was also what has become the norm - DISMAL! On my last $20 I planned to donate, Lady Luck showed that she had a heart....

The next morning, we arrived at MGM @ 9:00 a.m. and after getting checked in, I bee-lined to a favorite Ten Times Play machine. It has become a ritual to play $100 in this machine before journeying to video poker and this time, the ritual produced rain!

With my pockets $4000 heavier, I settled down to play video poker. It wasn't long before Triple Double Video Poker joined the party with four little deuces...

Now, over the course of the weekend, I would cash out multiple $800-$1000 dollar tickets. All the while, Sweet J was lying low to claim the glory of having the last 1099 of the trip....

But I do play Triple Bonus Plus a decent amount in Vegas though since it's the best CET bar game (same paytable you played). But I have yet to hit a premium quad on it.     Next week, perhaps?
