My host at taj is pretty good. He will call me if he sees a good promotion. If for some reason I cant get the room I want he calls me in advance to tell me. When hes out his voicemail gives me the name of someone to contact.

I use an off premise host for the same properties. I tried an in house host - but, really felt as if I was bothering her. Her emails were short and kind of rude.  This is coming from a Jersey boy too! I told my wife I felt like Pretty Woman getting the brush off from the sales clerks. Now - I want my Diamond status to turn into 7 Stars!  Then I'll show her! lol.  Question - Is there any way to get a suite at a Harrah's property in AC - paying for it or comped at Diamond level?

It is probably driven by occupancy. I see no reason why, however, you would not be offered a suite at least at the casino rate.
If you get no satisfaction from a host, talk with the property GM.

chatty,my host is in rhode island;i passed her info to tomcat and now he uses her on occasion.for last year's meet & greet she got me a suite at harrahs and a limo to and from the airport,all comped.my only dealing with a local host since firing paul was a host at harrahs on my birthday came over to me and sang happy birthday and then he left.

In reference to Doris' host, I must say that she is quite responsive and has been amenable to most of my requests. However, AC reservations are still an issue for me from time to time.
