Yeah, certain Double STP units offer the game. I know Tunica Roadhouse also has it (but only up to 5-play dimes) It might occasionally exist on a five star unit too. A lot of Vegas strip casinos have Double STP, but I don't recall which ones offer TDB. Variance is significantly jacked up vs. standard TDB.
For a single hand game:
Standard Deviation of dollar TDB: $22.42/hand
Standard Deviation of dollar TDB w/Double STP: $37.19/hand
