Oh NO, DaBurglar. You will not see me watching Fargo ever again. That female pg police officer was too hysterical! Fortunately, several family members were with me to help me over that woodchippermachinescene! Even so, it's permanently in me memory bank!
I do not recall the actual list or TV show, but I think that woodshipper scene made some sort of "top ten All time most traumatically unforgettable movie scenes:, or something like that, one of thise VH-1 shows you see on Saturday at 2 am! But yes indeed Marie, that foot (supposedly Steve Busemi's character) with a sock on it, being pushed into the jammed wood chipper by Peter Stormare's Ogre/Character using a piece of LOG/firewood, is the stuff of nightmares.     But it underscored the whole point of that movie and YOU actually touched on it with your comment about MARGE (Frances Mcdormand, who totally deserved her OSCAR for this role.)  The point ====>  The relationship between Greed, laziness and evil.    All those people, all of them, are idiots on some level or another, and because of their idiocy some really awful horrible things happen, or some awful horrible things could have been prevented. Some of the idiots are clearly evil (like the two kidnappers, who are so inept that it actually accentuates, or makes worse, the evil that they do.)   Same with Jerry Lundegard (William H Macy), he is so stupid that his evilness is really more of a laziness that takes on a life of its own.    The father in law (wade) is an idiot and his "evil" is his pride and greed (he actually wants to BARGAIN for his daughter lol), the father in law's pal and business partner (stan) is an idiot and his evil is being a sycophant to Wade and going along no matter what his sense of right or wrong tells him all for the sake of MONEY. The only pure soul in the movie is Marge (even her husband Norm is shown to be Vain and insecure about his painting, and his NEED to be reassured by his pregnant wife, who clearly is the breadwinner in the family, that he is :good")     Marge saves the day and solves the crime by (1) NOT being lazy  (2) Not being an idiot, and by using simple common sense and logic and by holding onto higher values and ideals (instead of being led along for "a little a bit of money" as she calls it....) Sorry Marie......at least though you do like Marge!

Katipug!   How could you leave out "Men In Black"  starring our favorite canine???    My two pugs, Molly and Gustavus flip the fark out when they see those scenes.....of course, Molly barks at any dog she sees on screen.

Oh!! I did DaBurglar, it was on page one in my original post, I just thought of more that I added. I missed Frank the Pug in the third installment, but sadly he had passed away. His picture was above Will Smith's bed though, and also on a circus poster as a talking pug at Coney Island. Don't forget the pug favorite Milo and Otis. Bernie likes to watch the new Dog TV channel on Direct TV. I lost $117 once in Laughlin on a Men in Black penny slot trying to get the bonus to see Frank the Pug Dance, lol. Hope you and your crew have a very Happy New Year!! HA! Tell all your detractors on here to kiss your furry little butt, my favorite Frank the Pug quote, lol!!!

Highlander, the first one. Took several views to figure out it was one movie, not several with all the flashbacks.

Stopped counting at 52 times for Rocky Horror Picture Show, during my teens - only fun with an audience.

Pretty Woman - makes you think there's hope, every time.
