Wharever happened to...
Whatever happened to Frank Kneeland? He was on this site quite often, had a radio show, and then kinda disappeared. He was supposedly working on a program to help validate the randomness of VP.
Did IGT or an AC casino take him out ?

yes, what happened to him???? I was hoping he would either (a) verify what I have been saying about AC video poker or (b) PROVE that AC video poker is just like Nevada and that I am simply the UNLUCKIEST person in the world since the navigator of the Titanic! Or provide some other plausible explanation as to why so few people actually win in AC compared to Vegas or Reno...... for instance, maybe that whole "re-seeding" argument/discussion centers on the fact that, when VP machines are initially set up, the so called "long term" that defines over what stretch of time (or number of hands) a machine will payout to reach its stated "return percentage" varies greatly between different markets and/or casinos......that is to say, perhaps in Nevada, where VP is required to be just like dealing from a deck of cards each and every hand, the "long term" is every 100,000 hands, such that a player will, almost guaranteed, receive a fair and statisticaly normal distribution of various hand types in any given stretch of 100,000 hands (including at least one or two royals, maybe more, certainly NOT less.) But in AC, the "long term" may in fact be set and defined as 10,000,000 hands, or 20 million, or more!!!! Such that, in order for someone like me to see results that fall with statistically normal ranges, I need to sit through at least 10 million hands, which also means, in nay given "sampling " of say, 250,000 hands (which might represent several actual YEARS of play) I could have such awful horrible results (which I have) that I conclude the place is f%@$!%'d ......forgetting for a moment that their actual regulations say what they actually say about VP and SLOTS and the two being one, and all that blah blah blah. Where have you gone, Frank Kneeland?

Miss Frank as well. I had some interesting discussions with him. He did post that he was moving on to some other pursuits so I assume that is what happened.
