I've been there a a few times but I only play $2 denomination at max, I like the place it's just a bit of a drive for me. They have TDB with a 9/6/4 paytable which is pretty respectable for these parts, the last time I was there I hit 2 royal flushes on the same machine in less than 5 minutes. I have no idea where you live but if it's close to the casino in Caruthersville, Mo. called Lady Luck ( I call it Lady Suck) it's definatly worth the drive to go to Cape.

 We go there about once a week even though it is a 100 mile  trip one way..drive is beautiful and you get 2 free buffets..the first time I went there I got a royal right off the bat..Machines are alittle tight on some games, but about normal for that area. It is very clean and not very crowded. Closest for us is Metropolis, but i would much rather do the drive than go there. I never found Carruthersville palatable..most of the machines do not work right and the boat is very old. Looks good from the outside though. I usually only play quarters. We are in western Kentucky.
