Login Delay

Here's a minor picky, picky one. When logging in I have to wait until the Ad on the right side of the screen comes up before I can use the Login/Password  Memory retention .
 
I was born lazy and hate to have to type the E-mail address and password all the time, if I get in a hurry and don't wait for the Ad to load.
