Roveer February Results.

Post by roveer »

I think it was 3 visits this month.  Highlights:  3 Royals in the same trip.  Gotta luv that nickel Royal (not one of the 3).  Good thing for me it wasn't dealt or I'd be crying (nickels).  Oh, also Natural Royal playing Joker.  Sometimes I bang over to Joker when DDB isn't working.  I hit 5,500 5 handed half dollars doing that a while back.  Enjoy. Almost forgot to mention. One of those quad aces (on dollars) was dealt as a full house trip aces. It hurts to mess with a 400 dollar hand but this time it worked. I've had times where it didn't.

Nice hits Roveer! I need to learn how to hit Aces with a multiplier one of these days. I have yet to do it for real money. I usually only play one hand at a time though, so that doesn't help my chances.

And FYI, that Joker Poker pays somewhere between 7/5 DDB and 8/5 DDB longterm. It's definitely not easy to find 99%+ Joker w/STP, I think I have only seen it once at Horseshoe Hammond, where it no longer exists.

Some terrific multi-card draws there, Roveer.

You need to give Olds442jetaway some pointers on drawing RFs - he is in a slump.

You don't have to tell me about long runs with no royals. It took me 13 years to hit my first royal. Then they just kept coming. I think everyone here knows I play a TON of hands so seeing all those royals isn't really a fair comparison. It is strange though. For me they seem to come in patches. Then they switch over to quads or quad aces. Again remember, TONS of hands.

Nice collection roveer, its good to see that some of your higher multipliers got put to good use. I play Joker Poker every once in a while, AC Joker Poker, so I would rather see 5oak instead of the natural royal.

Wow! Great month of Feb. I have never played 10 play STP at casino. You give hope and inspiration to the rest of us. I think I will give it a try next weekend.

Is this still Harrah's AC roveer or are you playing elsewhere???Nice hands all the same, but was the month profitable overall, breakeven, slightly down or what?I actually have yet to play any significant VP in HARRAHs AC yet in 2014, my attention has been on their poker room, usually to play a warm up sit n go (when they have them) before hitting Borgata's plush poker environs.     Remember, if you ever DO see a dude rolling around in a black w/chair with Dark Blue trim, and he is banging away on a VP machine and giving it the finger, stop by and introduce yourself!   We'll have a blast!

Way to go....wow!!!...yeah, my batting average which used to be 323 in Jr. Majors, is now down to 184 due the Royalless play...less than most pitchers

Nice hands Roveer. I see that 5c Royal...been there, done that, got the t-shirt. That's the thing about STP....lotsa nice hands over a long period of time, but in the end the house wins and you gotta play nickles. :(
