Re: Had to share
Nice roveer, yes, tou did catch it on the right line. I don't remember you playing deuces very often, was this a change of pace for you? When I play UX I'll rarely play deuces because of the reduced multipliers and I also like the big hits when they come. Congrats again.
I'm a long time deuces lover but don't play very much in AC. Most of my dollar STP machines have deuces removed. When I play UX I usually bounce between deuces and DDB but have to be careful with deuces because it can drain quickly. I usually start UX with deuces and if I get ahead I'll move over to DDB but this time the big hit came on Deuces

That's exactly my deuces strategy too roveer; I find that I can build up, granted a little at a time, a little cushion and I'll then jump over to TDB or DDB. Congrats again.

This trip was a crazy ride with UX. I had a number of sessions where deuces were producing great results and I was on top of when it ran cold and stopped playing.
I'm going to create a new thread about my experience with long duration play. The last bunch of visits have been alcohol free and what I am noticing is that it's not so much the alcohol that produces the problems but more the dehydration and fatigue. I've come up with a number of terms for these things and will start a new discussion
I'm finally getting a grip on how to get away when ahead and getting much much further on a much smaller bankroll.
It's amazing. I'm producing 10,000+ tier credits per day with a 2,500 dollar bankroll total. Now harrahs adds 10,000 tier credits after you earn 5k credits. I'm pulling 40k tier credits in one visit. Needless to say I'm over 230k tier credits so far this year. That and pulling positive cash flow trips is (at this point) really working out well.

Winning seems to make the heart grow fonder. It seems just a couple of weeks ago you were thinking about giving up on CET and taking your business elsewhere. Glad to hear you are on a nice roll. Keep it going.

You can play 10 play anything with a 2500 bankroll? That seems like a very low number. You have obviously (as I have seen) had some lucky hits. I have had bankrolls like that for triple play ddb ux at .25 and been wiped out pretty quickly, several times. You can easily lose $1000 in an hour when the game is cold.I know ddb is very streaky, and I understand the risks, but it still seems like that number is very low for what you play.

while i am happy for roveer's positive hits and recent success, I am also totally baffled by the fact he is getting this in AC.....although I must say in my own defense that I have always excluded both Borgata and Harrah's from the litany of AC disaster stories and from the obvious practice at other AC boardwalk casinos to set many of their VP machines way down in slot machine ranges. Of course, since roveer (understandably, if for no other reason than for taxes) keeps his cards close to his vest by not offering too specific details on his overall profit and loss other than alluding to his recent success, and since he does play such deep and extended sessions on extremely volatile multihand games with the typical Atlantic city so-so paytable(s) (or worse), we are safe in assuming he is not turning a profit, because at the denominations and level he plays at, if he were killing it, AC is just the type of place, and CET itself is in such tight spot revenue versus debt, that would possibly severely curtail or even outright BAN him from playing certain games at certain levels....it does happen! But I do take comfort in knowing at least ONE person out there is potentially hitting AC for some major Video Poker revenue.....I just wish that, for ONCE (and only ONCE) it could be me hitting such a Bonanza...

Oh don't get me wrong. There are storm clouds on the horizon for my AC play. I had a very interesting conversation with a slot tech and the slot manager this last trip. Things are not looking good for my type of game at my type of denomination at Harrahs.
I've got a few upcomings posts where I'll get into this in more dept. but for now it's all smiles and happy days.

You are correct. I'm not burning the place down by any means. All the multi hand players know these machines are hungry. Most of the time it's a bust but should you get lucky enough to catch something big and be smart enough to get away with the cash it can be profitable. These are elements of the game that I'm just starting to get a full grasp and control of. I don't believe I'm on anyone's Radar for banning but consider this. I'm running 200,000 dollars through their machines in one of my big sessions. This past trip I did that on a 2,700 dollar bankroll and took 12,500 out of the casino. Not too shabby. During one of my 30k runs back in 2012 I did have a manager make a comment "you sure are having quite a run on us today". After that I had an attendant watching me play for the next half hour. That's as close as I've come to being "noticed". I do wonder though how many CET players have a Tier score of 239k on march 20. That's 2.3 mill through the machines so far this year.
Oh, and I NEVER have these results at the boardwalk casinos, never. I think the highest hand pay I've had on the boardwalk is 1,250! Thats why I won't play there.

I do wonder though how many CET players have a tier score of 239K on march 20. That's 2.3 mill though the machines so far this year.Hardly. While that is an impressive score, it doesn't imply that much play. For the record, my tier score is currently 120K (about half of what Roveer claims), but I've actually played about $700K and had 50K in bonuses. Each day you earn 5K or more in credits ($50K), you get a 10K bonus on your tier score.I don't know how many 10K bonuses Roveer has earned this year, but it's probably 10 or more. That means 239K in tier credits would be more like $1.3 million in coin-in. An impressive amount to be sure and considerably more than I've played. But not at all the same as $2.3 million.Bob

Nice hit Roveer!
My MIL was playing $1 UX next to me the other day and hit a royal, but with no multiplier unfortunately. :(
