LOL I guess it will have to have marble floors then. When I messed up something or acted up, the nuns made us kneel on the marble floor in church for a good part of the mass. That was not fun and luckily only happened once to me.

You forgot the golf course..
I guess Bob buying the Revel in AC is out of the question, then..
Oh - and I forgot - you would need access to a 'Clothing Optional' beach, also.
Remember those good old days, Bob ?

Might have you one-upped here, Olds. Went to a Jesuit High School. You messed up, you had to kneel 5 minutes on a ruler ON IT'S EDGE . If it fell, the clock restarted.
Give it a try... OUCH..

If this ever gets built, I will be one of the first to go there. A simple but large building made of brick or stone with columns out front like the old banks had. Super easy access to an airport and great no hassle free parking. At least 1/2 of the machines will be vp with no paytables lower than 99%. Regular slots will have paytables at least in the mid 90's. It will be smoke free. The hotel will be simple and clean. No fancy rooms and either free or almost free. Reataurants will be mostly simple and familiar to most people like Cracker Barrel, Subway, Olive Garden, Red Lobster etc. A nice big food court too. None of the prices will be jacked up. There will only be a few stores like a bakery, notions shop, casual or discount clothing story like the Outlets have, etc. No big celebrity shows or event arena. Maybe a small intimate nightclub. For the die hard smokers, a cigar lounge with its own ventilation system and not attached to the casino building. Promos will be very simple and easy to understand. Points earned will be 1 point equals one dollar and can be used for everything on site. Probably more stuff I could think of, but that is about it. Finally, a great course in employee customer service with any constantly rude, gross, or otherwise problem players excluded/banned for good.
With the exception of a couple of things like 99% paytables and being smoke free it's been done here and with pretty good success I might add. I'm not beating the drum of the dog track because it's not my favorite place to play due to how crowded it is, they seem to be addressing that problem by expanding again. The place has a very small steakhouse and a decent size bufett as far as food goes but nothing over the top fancy. They also have a small bar that offers live entertainment on certain nights. They have zero on site hotel rooms to offer and no spas or other goodies. As far as promos go I have to admit they're very easy to understand but you won't be getting any cruises or plane flights anywhere, you may get a call offering tickets to a concert in Memphis or an offer to attend a Memphis Grizzlies game but that's about it. Best I can remember they give me $320 month in food credit that can be used at either the steakhouse or the buffet, $320 a month in free play and a very nice room at The Comfort Inn anytime I want it. When I play there I almost always rack up another $100 in free play play so depending on how often I go they're pretty generous with that. I didn't think the place would do very well in the begining but they are growing by leaps and bounds while Tunica seems to be fading away.

Very interesting. I wish someone would build one around here. The money spent on frills that few even look at or care about at the two CT casinos is mind bogling. The promotions are now so complicated that few understand them. One tries to out do the other with dismal results. Also it is amazing how many people still like the old fashioned slot machines with bars, sevens, and bells. The new glitz and animated ones that will put your eyes out go unused much of the time. They can't even get their act together with a decent PA system or a sound system for the music that doesn't sound like dice in a tin can. Sometimes I think I am in the airport. I don't think will ever have a PA system that anyone can hear and understand.
