What about what everyone else has said?

Did you hit any jackpots? Did you get a great comp? We all want to know!
I do not doubt your observations that VP has changed over the last few years, But I personally attribute it to the advances in VP technology, as I have stated previously. I still believe that the games are fairly set, but with lower paytables and the machine performing continuous shuffling and re-seeding, the 'feel' is certainly different, and the results are poorer.

It is a darn, difficult game to consistently beat. Getting lucky on a few hits in high volitility games, like TDB, is the only way, IMO, to break out ahead. The rest of the time, enjoy and maximize the comps that you are offered, and manage your gaming bankroll.   Ok well sorry if you feel I misinterpretted what you wrote above, I was disappointed that, once again when I try to get everyone to discuss and analyze perceived areas where we are all IN AGREEMENT, instead of poking and jabbing at every disagreement or difference, no one has anything to say.......you did and I was initially grateful.      Working backwards on your statement, you ended with "results are poorer", and I assumed that this included YOU personally.   And since immediately prior to the poorer results conclusion, you referenced the changes and difference in Video Poker over the past few years (like the still-unsettled debate on RE-seeding, and what this does to our overall game results), I drew the misinterpretation I am guilty of.....
Not jumping on you Burglar. I just wanted to clarify that I cannot prove that my own personal results, IMO, are the result of any changes in VP. The technology changes definitely make the game play differently for me versus a few years ago. But since I play a lot of high variance VP games, like TDB, it is difficult to gauge results. I expect there to be highs and lows.

Thanks for being one of the few people to not ignore my post billyjoe,
I would say that more than a few read your post. They didn't totally ignore it.  Maybe they just chose like me not to answer your post because it would give TL another chance to post his infantile, attention getting, totally off-topic BS. trying to antagonize you.Maybe they didn't answer because they did so already in the past to this overworked topic. So for the second time, I have seen the inside of a VP machine with a technician making changes. And the  payback totals remained the same when he was done. So what was he changing?  I saw the selections he was making. And the results from this would be less W2-Gs, less profitable sessions, less 4 of a kinds, etc. Now, back into hibernation.

DaBurglar if your comment was made in reference to me I offer this: While I may have my thumb in my mouth, yours is stuck somewhere else.

DaBurglar if your comment was made in reference to me I offer this: While I may have my thumb in my mouth, yours is stuck somewhere else. now that is actually funny.....but remember this post next time you want to break out your moralistic crybaby act about something someone else posts because its objectionable in some way to your hyper-developed "morality" or sense of right and wrong or whatever it is you sense.

DaBurglar posted"You have your rights, just like he does and the rest of us"Rights of course, but there are some rules connected to using the forum in VP.com.One was name-calling and if I remember correctly, in one of Webman's last posts on getting banned for it, he may have mentioned that no harassing or especially off-of-the-topic harassing posts would be allowed. I don't think I've seen any action by Webman on that, although I guess the rest of us wouldn't know if the harasser was notified or not, except that we would continue to see his/her harassing posts on a daily and sometimes more than that basis. If I am misspeaking on that rule, then disregard my comment. Am trying to do this thru memory. Also, DaBurglar, I know it's tough to not get the last word in (I was champion at this many years ago), but it's not a good thing to lower yourself to his/her level by directly responding to his/her nonsense. Just concentrate on your original post and leave him/her out of the picture. This worked for me.Over and Out

You're correct about name calling being reasonable grounds for getting banned from the forums mammajamma. To date I have been called: gay and a piece of a man's anatomy that rhymes with nick. And there are more. To date I have not called people those names in this open forum.    Please feel free to post whenever you wish.   Edited to add: I also had to take a stand and start defending myself. If you review my posts you will see that I have only taken such a posture with 2 people who have posted on the forum. Ironically some other people have had issues with these same 2 people as well but I have been the most vocal.
