DaBurglar you said you never called me that name and I showed where you did. You now think up some way to spin it to get yourself out of the corner you painted yourself into and you didn't do a very good job of that. To me, you and I are a newer version of the Shadowman/BS sparring from several years ago. BS didn't like the fact that Shadowman was calling him out on everything and you don't like the fact that I am calling you out on everything. Shadowman also calls you out as does Vman. I have been the most vocal but you mention your dislike of Vman as well and for that, I am thankful.

I just returned from my 5 plus days in AC playing poker and other stuff, but instead of just posting what I experienced this time, I saw this and....well, I better heed what it says.....
DaBurglar you said you never called me that name and I showed where you did. I have been the most vocal but you mention your dislike of Vman as well and for that, I am thankful. You win, I've clearly messed with the wrong person.......You are right, I did in fact call you a DICK.....And wow, boy have you really called me out...I've never been called out like I have by you. CONSTANTLY.... I am sorry I ever set foot (or wheel) in this forum, if only I had known someone like you was watching, waiting for me to post my thoughts and experiences and opinions and then proceed to spend countless hours telling me (and the rest of the forum) what is wrong with me...damn.Well, I've learned my lesson....from now on my posts will be good, non-controversial, TEDLARK-approved topics and opinions. So no need for tedlark to "call me out" on anything anymore......As for some of us actually being "like" other posters, I'll pass....I am ME and I am happy being me, the faults tedlark has pointed out in me notwithstanding. And that last line, about tedlark being "thankful" that I said I did not like VMAN.....that's both puzzling and disturbing. I cant fathom why one internet stranger would be glad I disliked another internet stranger. And I actually dont dislike VMAN....I know he is sick of me but I always appreciated his well thought out and reasoned math-based posts....I dont remember flat out saying I "disliked" him......but hey, I was wrong about Tedlark being a DICK so, I best be careful and not paintmyself into another corner and say flatout "I NEVER SAID I DISLIKED VMAN"........maybe I did, or, morelikely, maybe it was"just something I ate that day", like a stale cheeto or something.......I'm learning, thank god for tedlark.

Not getting into the meat of the bantering back and forth here, but that comment about setting a " wheel " in this forum was really good. Just curious DB, do you ever try the scooters offered at some casinos. Some of them are quite snazzy and fun to drive. My brother in law who visits a couple of times a year with my sister in Sonoma is disabled and I am the one in charge to reserve and get the Scooter at Mohegan Sun and drive it over to where they are in the casino etc. etc.

No scooters for me olds, thanks for the idea though, and yes, some are fun and snazzy for sure! But I prefer to use my own power.....first and foremost, its good exercise (great exercise actually, and if you ever meet me in person, not to brag , but I am pretty well built from the waist up...its my legs that bore the brunt of my congenital bone disease)The scooters, in my opinion, are overused....way too many people who should be either walking using a walker or at the very least using a self powered wheelchair like myself, end up using the scooters. I am sure your brother in law definitely needs it, but from what I can see and observe, and what I know about health and well being and medical knowledge, far too many OBESE people are using them and its only adding to their problem. its not just me, my doctor's office actually has a pamphlet that advises his patients that, before they ask him for a prescription or approval for a "mobility device such as scooters", they need to have EXHAUSTED all other forms of assistance so as to maximize their use of their own abilites. The reasons he lists focus on the benefits of even a little exercise and a little walking that can be had from using a simple walker or selfpowered wheelchair.I see them in the casinos all the time, these HUGE people just tooling along and its depressing as well as annoying. Its a well known fact, we are the fattest country in the developed world and one reason obesity is what it is in this country is our sheer laziness.Again, there are also MANY legitimate disability conditions out there that REQUIRE a scooter, but Obesity is NOT one!

You are right about a lot of that stuff. Yes, unfortunately my bro in law really needs one. I hear you on the weight, nutrition stuff etc. Good idea to keep all of that up. In fact, Mohegan had to order some oversize scooters to handle the many absolutely huge people at the casino. I can't do weights anymore due to some disc issues, but I enjoy the " dumbells" a lot. No, I am not talking about some of the people on this site. Also, taking long walks even at the casino looking for different types of machines or paytables works out the stiffness from too many hours sitting and playing. Unfortunately, as I'm sure you know already, long periods of sitting and playing is very bad for us. . I think I will invent a new vp machine with a built in arm wrestling gizmo like the old carnivals had. When you beat the machine, you get free play equal to the score on the dial from wrestling. Not sure Steve Wynn would go for it though. Hmmmm....tried to move those smilies around to where they should be, but the site wouldn't let me do it. Oh well. You guys know where they should be!
Can't believe I used is instead of are above!!!!

Da, some of these obese people you are talking about may have an ailment called diabetes. I am sure you have heard of it. It either gets your feet or your eyes. My polish princess has this affliction it got her eyes, On this coming thursday she is having surgery on both eyes again. This is only delaying the inevitable. So be careful before you judge perception may not be reality.
