Re: 2 Royals in 2 days
4 Royals in 24 hours! Great. I have played 5 days in Vegas and never got one. Then I was at Winstar, and got one in 20 min on a $20. Go figure.

I seem to rate casinos on video poker on how many 4 of a kinds you can get. Today at Winstar, I got 4 in a little over an hour. Been in some casinos and never got a 4 of a kind all day.

Average quad is one an hour in normal play...2 an hour in super fast play...I have gone 7 hours with super fast play or over 5,000 hands. That is the longest for me and that was plenty long enough.

Gary, I apologize if I previously asked you this question but here goes: Are you from Massachusetts and if so, which part?

DaBurglar didn't you mention once that you may have spent some time in Cambridge, MA? Could this be why you are asking GaryMA if he is from that state? I have relatives in the Boston/Danvers area myself.

Harvard is located in Cambridge Massachusetts!!!!!!!But I have said before that I live in (western) Massachusetts currently as well.......I actually also live in Connecticut, as I have a house in each state on either side of the stateline, and I have said in the past I am about an hours drive from the Connecituc casinos (mohegan and foxweeds)....both homes are actually almost the same driving time from the casinos....are you familiar at all with this area, or New England in general???

I am very familiar with the entire New England area except for Connecituc, can you please tell me where this is on a map? You really can't live in two places at once by the way or did you skip science classes at, ahem, Harvard? You may have residences in both states but you only live in the one you occupy at the time.

Boy, they sure do! We're at Grand Sierra Resort for two nights, here in Reno. Two nights ago, just tuning up, a Royal playing DB. Yesterday, my wife points out the progressive for a five cent play for DB Deluxe is $306. I play it, (not going for the Royal, which is a bad thing) and hit it! A few hours later, on the same machine (a group of four) I hit the TDB Royal standing at $249. Three in 24 hours. No, not big scores, but, all Royals none the less. We're normally quarter players, but these were sooo fun. Right place at the right time.
