Yeah, Washington state and new york state racinos are both "pull tab" states. Ironically, the Indian casinos in New York are allowed to have class III gaming. Stupid lawmakers thinking that class III gaming is more harmful to the public.
People get addicted to class II games or electronic pull tabs too. With slot machines it's very difficult to tell the difference by your results.
