Sounds to me the tribe is looking to take care of their people nothing wrong with that.

The article was very enlightening and I have two observations about it. First they should borrow the money from another successful Native American Gaming company and, second, the woman who owns a bakery and is also a tribal member needs to figure that her bakery will never be called upon to supply the casino with any baked goods.
