Hi Larry I have not tried the gumbo but I will now. We come from Port Arthur so we go thru Bridge City & I 10 unless it is raining which then I go down hwy 12. Hope you are enjoying Coushatta as much as we are.

Yes, we break off I-10 and come down Hwy 73 and cut back up to I-10. The traffic is better than 10 thru Beaumont. We are loving Coushatta (especially the variety of machines). We'll have to try to meet up sometime. We envy how much closer you are to LC/Coushatta. But, its probably a good thing....

Congratulations. I will be going to Coushatta on Tuesday for the first time.   Hope you passed some luck along to your vp friends.
