Metropolis Harrahs
I have been playing there often and they put in new video poker machines but it is hard to find a good pay table. Everything is extremely poor like jacks or better 6/5. I was wondering if anyone else plays there and has found better pay tables.
Thank you for your information.

Vman warned me about this place and it was a warning I heeded.

Haha, indeed; the games are not very good at all.
When I went there last for the race to rewards (RIP ), there was the 7/5 DDB 5-way progressive that actually in a decent state (95.71% at reset, but ~98% after progressives). I think the Super Times Pay machines may have had 8/5 DDB for quarters (97.06% w/STP). Don't quote me on that last one though. After that, it was pretty slim pickings. Best thing imo, non-smoking!

I was the same as Vman with my last trip there also was the great race. I am still using those great race comps by the way.
They had terrible VP and I never returned. I heard they are opening a new casino soon and maybe VP will improve (wishful thinking)

Personally I'd drive to Tunica to play vs. this place. And we did drive from Southern Indiana (Louisville Metro), hit and run Metropolis, and drove to Tunica for the last "Race to Rewards" in one day. I also ended up with my last Royal in Tunica 2 years ago on that trip for a whopping $80... But I'd still recommend Tunica over Metropolis because I'm also a sucker for "free" booze.
