Five Deck Poker

Has anyone seen Five Deck Poker (not to be confused with Five Play) anywhere? I have not seen it in a casino in at least 10 years. It was a really fun game to play. Top pay was 5 of kind - same suit.

Five Deck Frenzy was on the floor at the Orleans in Las Vegas, but that must have been more than ten years ago.

We just got back from Vegas playing at Bellagio and Monte Carlo. They are taking away many of the old video poker machines and there is not much to choose from anymore!

Haven't seen it and there doesn't seem to be much out there about it. Was it one five-card hand with each card dealt from a separate deck? From a "five-deck shoe?"
