2 Royal's On Same Machine...
I don't know how often this happens but it was a first for me.At the DD in Tucson, progressive DDBP. Hit the first Royal. I usually change machines after that, but all the other machines were take. So I stayed and about an hour later hit another Royal. Wife hit one too sitting right next to me. A profitable night!

Awesome hits. Congratulations on the RF.
I've hit multiple royals playing multi-hand and been dealt several multi-hand RF but, I don't recall hitting two RF on a single hand game on the same machine in such a short period. Statistically, there is no reason to change machines.

Great news on the multiple royals. It just goes to show that the odds of hitting a royal being 1 in every 40,000 hands could be a bit deceptive to the unknowing.

A number of years ago, we were sitting next to a lady who hit the progressive royal. After getting her hand play, she was playing off the remainder left on the machine when she hit another royal.

I had back to back royals on the same machine in Biloxi in 2004.

I never had back to back Royals. The only oddball Royal thing I can remember is walking by an empty vp area and seeing an uncompleted 4 to a Royal hand with one quarter bet. The cards weren't even held. I waited a couple of minutes in case someone had to run to the restroom or something, but nobody showed. I held the cards and draw produced the Royal, but only paid 250 quarters. Still....

Those are my favorite machines at Double Diamond. Last year I hit 2 royals on different machines within a couple of hours. What fun!
