Re: My first " Dealt Royal "
It was a 1000.00 dollar royal, FAA. Something interesting, the following night I played the same machine, it wasn't doing much of anything. Sat at machine next to it, nothing to speak of. A lady sat at the machine that dealt me the royal, which was clubs. She was playing nickels and her third hand she was dealt a club royal. Blew my mind! PJ

I know when Bally's had 3x or 5x days years ago, they did lower the base cashback, so I guess I have a reason to be cynical. A couple of years ago, when the Borg had a 5x promotion, one of the AP's I used to see all the time was sitting next to me and asked me if I knew the base cashback % for the promotion. I told him I didn't know. He sat and played a set number of hands, pulled card, went to the players desk, came back and told me .125%. Not good enough for him on a 9/6 $1.00 JOB and he said he had a much better play somewhere and left.Haven't seen Bill and his wife in a while and wonder if they have moved from the AC area.

PJ, back to back day dealt Royals is quite impressive. Too bad lady stuck with nickel jackpot! Glad you got your $1000. Yesterday I had a stunning phenomenon. I was already up $80 on VP during the day. Four hours into my day trip, dealt a Straight Flush! $62.50. Royal at 16 times the sum preferred. But I looked it up later. 1 in 72,2000 event.

What a beautiful sight that is! The best I've done to date is held 1 card and then the royal filled in. How exciting that was. Who knows, it may happen when FuzzyWuzzaBear and I will be in LV!
