Not to get into a pissing contest with you DB, but the cocktail waitress that I know does not have an agenda to encourage me to gamble more LOL and I have witnessed this personally as you see from my post of last October.Big Hit at Caesars AC

Was cruising thru the high limit room yesterday at Caesars and
came upon an in credible site. A gentleman who I had seen previously in
that room was playing $100 VP machine and hit 4 aces on DBP for $80,000.
Wow was that cool to see!

thanks.....now that you resurrected it, I think I do recall this post from october.Naturally, I was not singling out the waitress friend of yours in my comment, but I am sure you can see and understand what I am getting at when it comes to "propaganda" in certain casinos (perhaps even experienced it yourself at some point, in Vegas or elsewhere.)  Of course, i have also seen and experienced a fair share of gloomy and morose casino employees (dealers, waitresses, even pit bosses and hosts) who seem to be intent on DISCOURAGING people from playing with stories of people losing their shirts, or other tales of woe and distress!  lol
