I've heard constant complaints that there are bogus programs out there that limit four of a kinds and royal flushes.Anyone here that?

The Video Poker games in some of the Indian Casinos in Washington State are all bogus as they are type 2 machines and function like a slot machine where you playing strategy makes no difference.

Yes, Washington State Indian casinos and New York state-run racinos are big examples of casinos that don't offer VP from standard random poker decks.

The most obvious tip off of a class II (video lottery terminal) machine is the lack of a pay schedule at the top of the machine. Most of the time they also auto select the cards on the draw although some have reported auto select on a class three machine also. I played in Washington State a few years ago and all the machines were class II. They also sucked up my money in record time.
