7 star contest - no hand credit toward stars

I am not getting any hands credits toward the 7 star monthly contest. I have asked customer support several times and still haven't gotten a fix to the problem.

What version of IE? 9, 10, 11?

I see all your contest sessions this month and I'll make sure you get credit for them. However, I'd like to figure out what's going on. Let me know what version of IE you are running and we'll go from there. Have you tried clearing your cache (temporary internet files) and cookies for videopoker.com?

Alt, I never heard back but I see you are earning points now. I wanted you to know your points from the 1st through the 13th have been applied to your account as well.
