What to do???

I live in a place where there are 10 casinos (Plenty) all within 5 miles from each other. After searching for good VP games, i give up. They all pay 7/5, 6/5 for ddbp, triple bonus, bonus poker etc. The dbp pay 9/6. What would you do? Not play at all? or is there one of these machines good to try. They are all Gamekings multi-game single line multi denomination, all very new machines. What would you do?

I might play at a casino having machines with those pay tables occasionally, but I wouldn't be a frequent player!  I don't think any of those pay tables will even give you 98% ER and that's pretty bad unless they comp the hell out of you with room and food offers.
