All that info is available in winpoker, WVP, and the other software tutors. Do you have one of them?

The cycle for all of the 4 oaks should be around 420. Your numbers are bad enough that I'd definitely be questioning the randomness. It would not be unusual to see poor number in a few categories but not in all of them. I'd take the numbers to the Arkansas gaming board and let them know. There are ways to test the machines.

Shadowman is right on that. With that amount of play your quads-in-general number should be much closer to the norm, with some types above average and some below. That really does look unusual. In my own play I usually settle in at that overall average by the end of January, with only small movements above and below it through the rest of the year.

Shadowman you stated 4oak cycle is about 420. OK, I see that would be for JB. How do you figure out a cycle of 4oak for bonus games like SA or DDB? Is it the same as JB?

For JOB the cycle time is 423 hands. It is slightly different for DDB/SA because of strategy differences. To find the number for any game divide the longest 4 oak cycle time by each of the 4 oak cycles times. Add these together and divide into that longest cycle time. For DDB:
16236/16236 = 1
16236/6983 = 2.33
16236/5761 =2.82
16236/2601 = 6.24
16236/631 = 25.73
16236/(25.73+6.24+2.82+2.33+1) = 425
This number is an approximation because I did quite a bit of rounding.
