Chat access Denied using Firefox

I am using the Firefox browser to play my favorite games that didn't run smoothly using Chrome.  The are to the left side of the games where chat would appear is blank.  Strange......Please help if you can?

You'll need to enable Flash Player in the browser for it to work.

I can't seem to figure it out myself; no surprise    I've already requested help from tech help support.  Any tips you could give me here I'd greatly appreciate.  Thanks

Here's my status:Server not foundFirefox can't find the server at https.    Check the address for typing errors such as ww.example.com instead of www.example.com    If you are unable to load any pages, check your computer's network connection.    If your computer or network is protected by a firewall or proxy, make sure that Firefox is permitted to access the Web.Thank you, but not working for me.  "problem loading page" and nothing.
