I've been on this website for quite a while and I just went gold.  I don't use all the gold benefits yet, but I love getting rid of the ads, the custom pays are great and watching the scores of the other players while you play is a lot of fun.  If I didn't enjoy the money part of video poker so much, I would just play here and forget about the casino.   Good stuff!

Been Gold awhile now. Met many nice people and, NO pop-ups or the lag from banner ads makes it worth it.

Silver membership for me - mainly to get rid of the adds, which slow the games down terribly. I use VPW for training.

A question for Bob Dancer:
When playing Triple Double Bonus and dealt three A,2,3,or4s and a kicer, do you hold the kicker considering the upside of the win potential ?

When playing Double Double Bonus and are dealt 2,2,2,5,5
does the hold strategy change if you are playing a multi hand game vs a single hand game ? I was under the impression you would hold the full house no matter how many hands you were playing.

I'm not sure you will receive a response to your questions from Bob Dancer on this forum as he rarely answers specific hand play questions unless they have overall strategy significance.  That said, many of us believe there is no "right" way to play video poker because we all play for different reasons and have different goals. If you are a professional playing 100% games including comps, making numerous small percentage decisions correctly could make the difference between profit and loss.  I don't know anything about your level of experience, but If you are a recreational player you should know the reasoning behind hand strategy so you can make decisions that are right for you.  If you're new to the game, be careful not to fall into the trap of thinking perfect hand strategy is the magic key to winning because you may be sadly disappointed.  To a recreational player, what's significant about hand strategy is that it allows you to play longer with the same money.  There is no guarantee in video poker that enough jackpots will come your way to offset your loses no matter how perfect you play.Your second question is easy to answer.  There is no change in hand strategy between classic single and multiple line video poker.  Personally, the only game I have played where there is a difference is Multi-Strike Poker.  Others may have different opinions and experiences.

Hi Gatur - welcome to the forum. Playing DDB 2,2,2,5,5 I will dump the fives each and every time. Not saying its right or wrong but that is my play. There was a night at Santa Fe station that I only got 2 quads all night. They were on the same 10-6 machine, both were 2,3,4 w/ kicker. Both came from an abandoned full house. I will never dump a full house 5-K, I will always dump a full house A,2,3,4.
