WTH is this???     Paperwork when making a "large cash deposit"?     huh?     other than a deposit slip, I am lost here.......exactly how much are you talking about????

You might find this interesting. http://budgeting.thenest.com/bank-repor ... 23318.html

What cash is being confiscated by an "intediction patrolman"?    What on earth are you talking about?

And why not simply flash one of your numerous handguns and tell the bastard to buzz off  "OR ELSE....!"?

That's called brandishing. It can get you shot.

And you need to fire your CPA (unless this too is another totally BS story out of Ted's book) because, unless you are making regular ATM deposits of 8 or 9 grand (like everyday, same amounts, for weeks on end),  a simple ATM Deposit of several thousand dollars (say between 3 and 5 thousand)  done a couple of times over a several day long period of time in a place like Vegas is NOT going to set off any alarm bells in anyone's cubicle!!!!   Good grief!

Thanks for the advice, but I'll stick with my CPA.

CK[/QUOTE]???????       I read all that, including the links........still do not see the relevance unless (1) you are claiming you win 10 grand or more multiple times on a regular basis for every trip you make to Vegas, and take those multiple, regular wins of 10 grand or more immediately and directly to the bank....is that what you are saying?!!?!(2)  You claim you regularly take all this cash won in vegas, wrap it in plastic, or cellophane, or some other material common to drug trafficking, and then HIDE it some really suspicious place in your vehicle, like the spare wheel well, or taped underneath the gas tank, in which case IF ......IF you get pulled over by BArney Fife the guy sees your "suspicious" casino winnings and helps himself on behalf of Uncle sam and the state of NEVA,,,,DA.   Is this what you claim???     Besides, that story with the motor home and the Hawaiian dude with 167 grand is so obviously NOT the NORMAL situation we are talking about here! All I can say is, people, if you read all those bank rules and regulations regarding cash, etc etc, you can see that we do not.....DO NOT  live in a "free" country as it was originally envisioned and designed by our founding fathers!    Finance and Banking is just ONE of many areas that we have allowed the government to run amok in the name of "public safety"  or "Crime prevention"......I resent the government knowing everytime i move cash around.....MY CASH!

DB. Sometimes the cargo shorts won't hold all the cash and I make a deposit in the casino cage until the banks open. (2) No, I don't wrap it in cellophane. I usually have the cage count, band and stamp it to be able to prove where it came from.
