Horseshoe Ohio operations

I got an email today from Caesars that they are pulling out of their Horseshoe management deals in the Ohio properties: Cincinnati, Cleveland, and ThistleDown Racino.

This is supposed to take place in mid-2016. Players of record will receive players cards equal to their Caesars tier level from Rock Gaming LLC.

I'm not too familiar with Rock Gaming and I'm too lazy tonight to see if they have any other gaming operations outside of Ohio.
